Overview

As part of my internship, I had to send my senators JD Vance, Sherrod Brown, and Emilia Sykes videos about programs The Borgen Project supports: The International Affairs Budget, The MINDS Act, and I asked them to support The Borgen Project. I wrote scripts for each video, filmed it and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. 

Process

  • Researched information about each program on The Borgen Project's website. 

  • Developed three script in Google Docs. Drafts were written and rewritten three times.   

  • Downloaded royalty-free images from Canva and Pixabay. 

  • Filmed a short video. 

  • Filed images and video.

  • Edited video and images in Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Uploaded completed videos to YouTube. 

Presentation

Overview

As part of my internship, I had to hold an informational meeting. I held it over Zoom. 

Process

  • Researched information about the organization.

  • Compiled information into Powerpoint presentation. 

  • Created flyer and shared it on social media including Zoom link.

  • Held meeting over Zoom. 1 person attended.
